Being a leader means doing things that are hard sometimes and doing them well. Telling people what they don’t want to hear, even though it’s what’s best. It’s okay to have people upset with you if you do the right thing for the right reasons. Leadership is having integrity not only morally but in your decision-making; being consistent with what the mission and goals of what you’re set out to do.
