Summer Cold

Who the heck gets a cold in the summer? Evidently, I do. Mine started Saturday night, June 24.

Weird.
Prayers are appreciated. It’s not too bad - just sore throat, coughing, watery eyes, little bit of a fever. I just have a lot to do at work this week, and a great Skate Church event Thursday night I wouldn’t miss for the world.
(Today is our anniversary - three years!)

Serious drag…try drinking 1/2 your body wieght in water with lemon in a day. Increase your vit. c and zinc and you will blow that bad boy out in a couple of days. I learned this as a missionary.

i wonder if your cold started w/ all the junk that floats around in our lovely TX air — i’m convinced i’ve become allergic to EVERY-thing that grows down here! hope you’re over it soon — and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!

I hope you feel better. I had strep throat last week, so I know how terribly UN-FUN it is to be sick. Boo to that! Hope the skatepark thingee is going well. I know that the Powermobile and Little Herbie are missing…are they out there with you? Haha.

I heard you on Power FM the other night. Powerfull stuff and to think I thought I was alone. I was in the same boat as you PK and it just started as curiosity about sex. I wanted to know how it worked. I remember feeling so dirty after watching it and then eventually I was addicted. But not as bad as you were…I am free now but I think since then I haven’t been able to get back on the same level with God. I miss it and yet I don’t feel a desire to get back with him. I always think that if I had a church I could get help from but then Im in college and am never in one place long enough. Once every month to one church…just whats the point?

yeah so i had a major attack of a summer cold/allergies combination over the last three weeks. it still isn’t completely gone… so I feel ya.

I’ve had that happen before, too. Sorry about that. I know you feel dumb walking around with tissues in the summer time.
