Another company takes online initiative.
My tweet after picking up some amazing produce at Whole Foods on Sunday:

And their reply:

Stuff like this gets me really excited for some reason! And not just because the gift card. I really love good customer service!

That is the sweetest (as in, “oh, isn’t that sweet,” rather than “that is sweeeeeeeet!”) thing I’ve seen all week.

Very cool. You need to send this one in to consumerist.com. Not only will they probably like this feel-good customer service story, but can you imagine your blog’s explosion of traffic if they post the story and link to you?

Anne,
Hilarious. A few weeks ago I wrote a Tweet saying that I was drinking and loving their Orange Blossom Amber Ale, and then the next day they were following me.
Smart company. I did ask for some food “hook-ups” but Twitter silence on their end. :-(

I don’t understand what a tweet is…but when we hang out we are so totally going to Starbucks…so try to get a card from there, okay? Okay.

Congrats on the gift card. That is impressive customer service. I also heart their produce and food. Unfortunately, I call the store “Whole Paycheck”.
